This privacy statement is intended to explain what we do with any information we might collect from you on this website.

As part of our effort to provide you with up-to-date information on the campaign, we may at times ask you to submit information such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. You are not obligated to divulge this information unless you choose to do so.

Conrad Reynolds reserves the right to share your information with authorized third parties who provide services relating to contacting our supporters and only for that purpose. We will not otherwise share or sell your information under any circumstances.

Optional Email Subscription and Volunteer Signup:

Of course we encourage you to sign up for the Weekly Observation newsletter as well as volunteer for Conrad Reynolds' campaign. You can opt-out of our email list at any time simply by sending a note to conrad@voteconrad.com explaining your intention to do so.

Logs/Internet Protocol Address:

Voteconrad.com and ConradEReynolds.com uses industry-standard software that keeps a record of each visit to our site. This software tracks thetime of the visit, the IP address of the visitor, and what items are downloaded from the site.

This information is used to obtain aggregate information that allows us to see how many people are visiting the page, what areas they visit, the most popular sections of the site, and which times and days have the most site activity.

No personal information is tracked in this process other than the numeric IP address of your computer.

Online Contributions:

If you choose to make an online contribution to Conrad for U.S. Senate, we will collect your name and email address. We may attempt to collect other optional information as well. Optional information is listed as such.

Note:

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.

We may accept contributions from an individual totaling up to $2,400.00 per election.
